What is the difference between Proclamation of Independence and Declaration of Independence?

Declaration শব্দের বাংলা প্রতিশব্দ হল ঘোষণা আবার Proclamation শব্দের  বাংলা প্রতিশব্দও ঘোষণা কিন্তু দুটো শব্দের মধ্যে ব্যবহারিক প্রার্থক্য রয়েছে -
#  Declaration of Independence মানে হলো কোন ঘোষণা দেয়া। যেমন: বঙ্গবন্ধু স্বাধীনতার ঘোষণা দিয়েছেন। আর এই ঘোষণাকে অনুমোদন দিয়ে যে ঘোষণাপত্র জারী করা হয়েছে সেটি হচ্ছে Proclamation of Independence.
অর্থাৎ  Declaration যে কোন ঘোষণা কে বুঝায় আর Proclamation অফিসিয়াল এবং লিখিত বিবরনী সহ ঘোষণা কে বুঝায়।

# Declaration of Independence আছে ৬ষ্ঠ তফসিলে। আর Proclamation of Independence আছে ৭ম তফসিলে। এই ঘোষণাপত্রই বাংলাদেশের প্রথম সংবিধান। আর বাংলাদেশের প্রথম সংবিধানই হচ্ছে proclamation of independence.
